Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
No ticket exchanges will be done on the day of the show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the Box Office. A $3 fee will be imposed for each request to move seats.
General Policies
Children under 3 are not permitted for KVTA or YPT productions. Lap sitting is not allowed. Each person attending must have their own ticket.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Kankakee Valley Theatre Association).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
